The Alexander Centre, Grade II Listed
Originally built in the 1850s has been used for multipurpose including a school, library and a community hub. Works were undertaken for the refurbishment of the rear classrooms, full redecoration internally and externally, roof repairs, lime plastering, new floor coverings an installation of new disabled access.
Charles Cross Police Station, Plymouth
Construction of a new staff locker area and alteration and refurbishment to the existing, Internal decorative and flooring works and various other adaptions. Critical timing and execution of the works was paramount on this project.
Rowe’s – Fire Repairs and alterations
What started out as repairs following a fire turned in to a full factory refurbishment with new freezers to specialist flour silage. A very interesting and enjoyable project to be involved in.
Toilet adaptions and refurbishments
We have overseen numerous projects of this manner, ranging from redecoration to complete strip outs and refits and drainage works to installation of DDA compliant amenities for the end user.
